Lamora is a digital legacy preservation service. Families trust us with memories, voice recordings, photos, letters, documents, project contact information, and generated archive outputs so we can create private legacy previews, films, and family archive portals.
What We Collect
We may collect account details, contact information, payment records, project intake answers, uploaded family materials, voice authorization records, consent confirmations, family portal activity, support messages, and technical information needed to keep Lamora secure and working.
How We Use Information
We use submitted information to create and deliver Lamora projects, generate scripts, prepare narration, render previews and films, provide support, process payments, protect accounts, prevent misuse, and preserve the family archive according to the chosen package.
Family Ownership
Families remain the owners of their submitted memories, photographs, recordings, letters, and archive materials. Lamora does not claim ownership of family content.
No Sale Of Family Memories
Lamora does not sell, rent, or trade family content or personal data. Family materials are handled for the purpose of creating, protecting, supporting, and delivering the requested legacy archive.
No AI Training On Family Content
Family content submitted to Lamora is not used by Lamora to train AI models. Provider APIs may be used only to perform requested project functions such as story generation, narration, rendering, delivery, diagnostics, and support.
Voice And Consent
Voice narration requires authorization before a voice is used. If a family consent dispute, identity concern, or authorization concern appears, Lamora may pause production until the issue is resolved.
Security And Storage
Lamora is designed to keep project materials private, restrict access to authorized users, protect information in transit, and limit internal access to what is needed to complete, support, or protect the project.
Deletion And Export
Families may request export or deletion of archive materials by contacting support. Some information may need to be retained when required for payment records, legal compliance, disputes, fraud prevention, backup recovery, or completed service records.
