Lamora provides digital legacy preservation services for personal family memory, archive, narration, private portal delivery, and related preservation products.

Use Of Lamora

Lamora is for lawful family remembrance, preservation, tribute, education, and personal archive use. You agree not to use Lamora to misrepresent, defame, demean, impersonate, harass, exploit, or harm any living or deceased person.

Family Content Ownership

Families remain the owners of their submitted memories, photos, recordings, letters, documents, and archive materials. By submitting content, you give Lamora permission to use that content only as needed to create, deliver, support, protect, and preserve the requested project.

Accuracy And Review

Scripts, narration, films, and archive outputs are created from the materials and details families provide. Families are responsible for reviewing important details before final approval. Lamora does not intentionally invent memories, facts, relationships, or life events.

Voice Authorization

Voice narration requires authorization before voice generation or voice-like narration is created. If authorization is unclear or disputed, Lamora may pause or refuse production.

Payments And Packages

Lamora offers a free preview and paid project-based archive packages. Optional archive continuity services may be offered after delivery for families who want ongoing hosting, storage, access, remembrance, or archive expansion.

Refunds And Revisions

Refunds and revisions depend on project stage, work already performed, delivery status, and quality issues. If Lamora causes a material production failure, we may provide a correction, redo, credit, or refund according to the applicable refund policy.

Private Portals And Sharing

Family portals are private delivery spaces. Anyone with access credentials or a share link may be able to view project materials, so families are responsible for sharing portal access with care.

Commercial Use

Commercial use, public distribution, resale, advertising use, or use of Lamora outputs outside personal family preservation requires separate written permission.
